VH1’s The Breaks TV Series

When VH1 aired a Seith Mann-helmed original film entirely inspired by hip-hop’s early years titled The Breaks last year, it caused quite the response from viewers everywhere making the next logical step to take is to make a TV series out of it.

The TV program will be based on the film’s themes and to promote the premiere which will be on February 20th, VH1  has unveiled a star-studded lead trailer in support of the project. Featuring appearances from T.I., Method Man, Teyana Taylor, Wood Harris and others.

In the promotional trailer, the TV version of The Breaks, which takes place after the conclusion of last year’s film, reintroduces new viewers to the original narratives and main characters from the film.
