Real-Life Batman Suit

The Batman suit is a major turn on for anyone who has ever seen any Batman movie. The evolution of Batman’s gadgetry has mesmerize any comic book lover since Batman’s first appearance in Detective Comics #27 way back in May of 1939. What started as his utility belt, as time goes by, evolves into a full suit of gadgets, armor and many more technical marvels.

Many have tried to copy and emulate Batman’s suit, but this time we may have a winner. Not only does this one looks rad, it also functions really well. In fact, this particular suit has broken the world record with 23 –yes, you read that right!– fully functioning gadgets. Heck, if it has more space, we’re sure it’s going to come with its own kitchen sink.


The suit is the creation of Julian Checkley, a cosplay fanatic who made his first costume at age seven. Checkley developed a deep affinity for comics and coinciding superheroes and thus made it into the film industry as a model maker, art director and also in creature effects.
