DJI Osmo Mobile
/ 2 November 2016

The DJI Osmo, which is known for its ability to take very stable and smooth video footage, is now taking the very same technology on to a more mobile platform. Mobile phones to be exact. Dubbed the DJI Osmo Mobile, this new gadget will allow smartphone users everywhere to take smooth video footage by turning any smartphone into a smooth shooting video camera using a 3-axis system to absorb any unwanted movements.

Users can easily control ISO, shutter speed, and ActiveTrack through the DJI Go App. You can just imagine the possibilities this small gadget has in sore for us. A simple session down at your local skatepark can turn into a whole night of shooting your own sponsor-me-tape. Not JUST a regular tape with videos that wobbles and shakes, oh no siree bob, you can have a steady and seamless, amateur proof footage with this simple gadget as the app is able to lock in on subjects and automatically follows their every gesture when the ActiveTrack comes into play, removing the need for a third person to shoot –providing you have an adequate smartphone to shoot the video with–.

The DJI Osmo Mobile currently retails for $299 USD and can be found online here.
