Crème Caramel
, / 1 July 2014

We tuned into NOWNESS‘ weekly series called #DefineBeauty, and found ourselves lost in their Part Three video. The video talks about desire and fascination of the female body from the male point of view, presented in such an artistic and witty way. When you are obsessed with someone, it’s no longer the obvious things that you pay attention to – you start paying attention to every little details, every nook and curves of the object of your desire, doesn’t matter whether it’s hidden under their clothes. . you’ll find it, and you will pay attention to it. Anyone who has ever felt a certain pull towards someone will understand. The video is made by Canada (Nicolás Méndez, Lope Serrano, Oscar Romagosa and Alba Barneda) who have shot a video for Phoenix and Scissor Sisters before. So why is the soft melt-in-your-mouth dessert known as the crème caramel a suitable metaphor for this topic? Watch on and you’ll find out. With awesome soundtrack by French band Le Femme “La Femme Ressort”.
